Polyurethan ist aufgrund seiner Abriebfestigkeit und Langlebigkeit für den Einsatz in der Förderindustrie gut geeignet. Die Polyurathan Stützringe zeichnen sich durch eine sehr hohe Verschleißfestigkeit aus. Zudem ist das Material weitgehend beständig gegen mineralische und pflanzliche Öle.

SUPPORT RINGS TYP - A
Mounted on idlers, support rings are used as bottom belt rollers. A support ring has a tapered form and is linear with regard to the belt. This helps prevent dirt from encrusting and building up on the idlers and ensures that the belt runs smoothly on the return side.

Polyurethane large diameter disc
Large diameter discs are used to bridge a larger distance between the idler center and the belt. They support the belt and are preferably mounted on equipment using chevron belts or belts with zigzag profile. Normally, large diameter discs have a tapered form and are linear with regard to the belt.
