More than 100 dimentions in abrasion-resistant, long-life quality on stock available. In addition to the evaluated standard, we also manufacture rings of special quality, e.g. white food-grade quality, oil- and grease-resistant or for the extreme temperature range. Upon customers’ request, we also produce components of special dimensions and moulded rubber parts.
CLEANING RINGS
Spiral rings
Spiral rings are attached to standard conveyor rollers for cleaning purpose. The center of the idler aligns the spiral rings to the right and left. Each ring has a marking for easy mounting. A complete idler with spiral rings is installed on the return side. As the conveyor roller turns, the wobbling motion of the spiral ring conveys the dirt from the center of the belt to the outside.
